Sports Performance Enhancement
Purpose of Program: To increase the performance, health, and wellbeing of the athletes. To increase the self-esteem and confidence of each athlete by making them more physically and mentally prepared. To promote the ideology of respect, dignity and community while always having fun.
Administration of the Program: The program will be developed and administered by David Boyce PT EdD OCS ECS (Physical Therapist) and Eric McElroy DPT PT OCS CSCS (Physical Therapist), Sean Dillon (Assistant Director of Sports Performance).
What we do:
We specialize in bringing sports performance enhancement training and testing to your location. We are a mobile sports performance enhancement program that is fully equipped. We will design, direct, and implement a program especially for your club or team. We also offer in-house personal and group sports performance training.
- Performance evaluations (pre and post)

- Developing core strength and stabilization

- Developing symmetry with correction and strengthening techniques
- Training sessions under the direct supervision of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Exercise Physiologists
- Free Seminars on nutrition, sports psychology, and injury prevention
- Free Injury Assessments by Physical Therapists
