Patti Joyce, is a certified Fitness Coach, Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and natural champion body builder. She is certified by American College of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, American Council on Exercise, PowerHouse Pilates and Physicalmind Institute and has a Bachelor of Science in Business/Personnel Administration. With 22 years of experience, Patti designs programs tailored to each client's needs. She teaches core, balance and exercise techniques clients can use in real life. Patti's fitness coaching skills help clients stay motivated and consistent with a lifetime health and fitness plan.
